Through photography I experience a connection with people, places, and things that I could never get in any other way.

I enjoy photographing almost everything, but through this site I wish to showcase the work I have done with people. When I first started making pictures, I never intended to make any pictures of people "seriously". But, over time I realized those were the pictures I wanted to look at. So, I learned how to make them. And, beyond that, I learned how to make pictures that I like to look at, even if I pretend someone else made them.

I live in Emmitsburg Maryland, a sleepy town, situated just south of Gettysburg, with my wife, our two children, and our dog.
